A ship includes: a ship body 1; an inspection line generation unit 5; an irradiator 6 of irradiating an inspection target R with neutron rays entering from the inspection line generation unit 5 in a scanning manner; a detector 8 of detecting diffraction neutron rays obtained by diffraction of neutron rays by the inspection target R according to a scanning position of the irradiator 6; a lattice constant calculator 9 of calculating a lattice constant d of a substance at a scanning position of the inspection target R based on a detection signal of the diffraction neutron rays entering from the detector 8; and a visualizer 9 of visualizing an internal state of the inspection target R based on a lattice constant of the inspection target R at each scanning position.
