Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly take out fixing auxiliary tools for a tank from the underground storage tank and favorably embed the tank without partial stresses on the tank, by making breakable the fixing auxiliary tools for the tank.
SOLUTION: A foundation bed 8 is laid in the underground space 9 in which an underground storage tank 1 is embedded and fixing auxiliary tools 12 for the tank, made of foamed bodies, are fitted to both sides of the lower outer peripheral part of the ring-form rib 7 of the underground storage tank 1. And the underground storage tank 1 is installed on the correct position on the foundation bed 8. Then, supporting crushed stones are charged into the lower peripheral parts of the tank 1 to fix the tank 1. Thereafter, the fixing auxiliary tools 12 for the tank, formed with foamed bodies are broken and removed by a hammer or a saw. The supporting crushed stones are charged also in the part where the fixing auxiliary tools 12 have been removed. And further, the underground space 9 together with the installed underground storage tank 1 are appropriately compacted so as not to form voids and filled back with a filling material such as pit sand.
