Title:
SHOCK ABSORBER IN SPECIMEM DISTRIBUTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5780561
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent sucked specimen from being spattered at the stopped state, by a method wherein shock of a nozzle when being stopped is absorbed using a resilient member of plastics which is cut in end surface of a gondola.

CONSTITUTION: As a vertical shaft 18 moves downwards, a nozzle 2 in position A moves downwards into a specimen tube 1 and sucks specimen. Then the shaft 18 moves upwards and a motor 4 rotates thereby the nozzle 2 moves to position B. A resilient member 19 cut in end surface of a gondola 7 strikes a stopper 9 thereby the nozzle 2 stops at position B. When the gondola 7 is made of plastics such as "Daiflon", suitable spring strength is obtained in the resilient member with 1W2mm thickness and 5W7mm width, for example, thereby shock at striking the stopper 9 is reduced and specimen within the nozzle is prevented from being spattered. In this constitution, the sucked specimen is prevented from being spattered at the stopped state.
