This shock absorber 21 includes a shock absorbing member 40 in a roughly circular form having an insertion hole in which a bolt 7 to be installed on an installation boss 10 is inserted, in such a way that the bolt 7 is enclosed, a grommet 41 provided with a first holding part 43 to hold a heat insulator 3, a second holding part 44 to hold the shock absorbing member 40, and a connection part 45 to connect the first holding part 43 and the second holding part 44 to each other, with the second holding part 44, the connection part 45, and the first holding part 43 provided in this order from the side of the installation boss 10, and a collar member 22 provided with a pair of flange parts 28 and 4 holding the shock absorbing member 40 on both sides in the axial direction through a gap, and a connection part 27 connecting them to each other through a radial gap to the shock absorbing member.
