To provide a mounting structure of a shock absorber capable of effectively reducing an input amount from a torsion bar to a vehicle body side and attaining light weight of vehicle weight.

The shock absorber mounting structure 3 is provided with the shock absorber 30; the torsion bar 40; a torque arm 50; and a bonding part 57. The shock absorber 30 has a fixed part 31 fixed to the vehicle body side; and an input part 32 connected to a wheel side. The torque arm 50 has a pivot support part 51 for receiving input from the torsion bar; and a support part 53 supported to the vehicle body side. The bonding part 57 connects the torque arm 50 to the input part 32 of the shock absorber 30. Input from the torsion bar 40 to the torque arm 50 is inputted to the shock absorber 30 through the bonding part 57.
