PURPOSE: To ensure light weight and rigidity and to absorb shock of a tank at a crash or a fall of a helicopter by providing a shock absorbing member integrally attached or upper and lower surfaces of a honeycomb core through an adhesive between a fuel tank bottom surface and a body frame.
CONSTITUTION: As for a shock absorbing member 13, an upper surface plate 15a and a lower surface plate 15b are integrally formed on upper and lower surfaces of a honeycomb core 12 through an adhesive 14, and a plurality of flanges 16 provided on the upper surface plate 15a and a side of a ferry tank 11 are fixed through a plurality of screws 17. When a large lateral load is received by a side wall of the ferry tank 11, the upper surface plate 15a, an upper core 12a and an intermediate plate 19 are integrally attached through an adhesive 20 so as to make them bear strength and rigidity as a strength member, and a lower core 12b and the lower surface plate 15b are integrally attached through the adhesive 20 so as to obtain-such structure that shock absorbing performance is born.
