Abstract:
To provide a shockless air bag which suppresses shock imparted to the face and neck of an occupant.
A gas venting hole is provided at the air bag or a portion for mounting the air bag. Since the surrounding of the hole is made of rubber, the hole is instantaneously enlarged and returned to its original size to vent the force of explosive or propellant because the explosive or the propellent is strong when the air bag is opened.
