Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an elastic distorsion rate and a permanent distorsion rate after hardening, to get a last in a state of accurately maintaining a three- dimensional complicated prototype, and to attain an improvement in safety and cost reduction by respectively including glucomannan, a quality conditioning agent, a hardening agent and a filler by a specific rate apiece.
SOLUTION: Thirteen pts.wt. of agar as a quality conditioning agent, 9 pts.wt. of calcium hydroxide as a hardening agent, 5 pts.wt. of titanium oxide as a filler ad 0.03 pts.wt. of methyl naphthoquinone as an antiseptic are respectively added to and mixed with 100 pts.wt. of glucomannan to form a shoe templating composition. A foot 3 of an orderer is placed on a foot placing stand 2 installed in a templating tank 1, and after injecting a templating material 9 by adjusting the composition by a solvent onto this, the foot 3 of the orderer is extracted when hardening the templating material 9 to form a prototype 10 of a foot mold having a cavity part 11. Afterwards, a last raw material 12 is injected into the cavity part 11, this is hardened and the last is released to complete a desired last for foot mold.
