Abstract:

To provide a shoe tying tool for enabling a user to effortlessly walk even on a long downward road without hurting a knee or a foot even on the downward road in a mountain by restraining the free movement state of the foot in the shoe, which occurs on the downward road, since the user cannot easily walk without using muscle strength with the knee as a center so as to adjust the movement of gravity center of a body when a slope becomes heavier in going down the mountain and the foot is freely moved in the shoe so as to move the foot forward in the shoe with strong force and to move the gravity center of the body forward, and also since the user cannot easily continue to walk for a long period of time on the downward road in the mountain when the downward road of the mountain lasts long so as to cause sagging at the knees.

A surface fastener belt 2 is bound at one end of a ring wire 1. A flat belt 4 having a lock ring 3 at the end is bound at the other end of the ring wire.
