CONSTITUTION: A voice generating function 4 which generates a voice by a specified signal is housed almost at a corner part 5c of a shoes wiping mat 5. A plurality of voice generating means 4 are housed almost at a plurality of corner parts 5c of the shoes wiping mat 5. Moreover, a pressure sensitive detection means for detecting a treading pressure is housed almost at the center part of the shoes wiping mat 5. A control means which drives the voice generating means 4 by an output signal of the pressure sensitive detection means and the voice generating means 4 which generates a voice by an output of the control means are housed almost at the corner part 5 of the shoes wiping mat 5.
