A strap 2 is provided so as to extend upward from the front insole of a shoe body 1 across the lower surface of a vamp, and when the shoe body 1 is put on a foot 3, the strap 2 is put between the big toe and first finger. Also, the inner heel part of the shoe body 1 is formed to suit the shape of the heel of the foot 3, and the shoe body 1 is thereby firmed fixed to the foot 3 in cooperation with the strap 2. Furthermore, the shoe body 1 is internally formed to have a gap near the front of the foot 3, thereby maintaining the degree of freedom for the toe tip and providing a preferable state for health promotion, sports or the like.
