Abstract:
To provide a sash open/close device capable of blocking the transmission of overload to gears in the electric unit while satisfying the wind pressure resistance performance and reducing the size thereof, and a fitting including the same.SOLUTION: A sash open/close device 40 is a sash open/close device 40 that opens and closes a frame body 10 fixed to an opening of a building, and a sash 20 attached to inside the frame body 10 so as to be opened and closed. The sash open/close device includes an electric unit 42 that has an electric motor 421; and an output shaft 422 that transfers the driving force of electric motor 421 to the sash 20; and a worm gear 429 that transmits the driving force of the electric motor 421 to the output shaft 422. A worm gear 429 includes: a warm 4212 placed on shaft 4211 of the electric motor 421; and a worm wheel 4282 engaged with the warm 4212, which is placed between the electric motor 421 and the output shaft 422.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
