Each of drive units 4, 5, 7 and 8, which drives movable targets 3, 61 to 617 and a control panel which controls these drive units are connected by way of communication lines 9 to 14 and a signal line 23 of a different system. A drive command signal is preliminarily transmitted to each drive unit from the control panel 1 by way of the communication lines and the drive command signal is stored in the drive unit side. Then, a drive start signal is transmitted to each drive unit from the control panel 1 by way of the signal lines and then a plurality of movable targets are simultaneously driven based on the drive command signal transmitted in advance from the control panel 1.
