Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short circuit prevention structure of an insulated seam which can reduce the generation of a short circuit of the insulated seam by a simple structure, and its short circuit prevention method.SOLUTION: Since an insulated seam 8 has a short circuit prevention structure 16, a clearance between rails 6 at front and rear sides of a contact region Aof the insulated seam 8 is widened ( a thickness Wof a rail form 15 becomes thick), and a clearance between the rails 6 at front and rear sides in a non-contact region Aof the insulated seam 8 is narrowed (the thickness Wof the rail form 15 becomes thin). Since ends of the rails 6 of the insulated seam 8 possess magnetism, a magnetic force in a point in which the clearance between the fore-and-aft rails 6 is wide becomes weak, and a magnetic force in a point in which the clearance between the fore-and-aft rails 6 is narrow becomes strong. Since an insulated layer 16a is formed on a surface of the non-contact region Aof the insulated seam 8, a magnetic body M is induced to the insulated layer 16a. As a result, the magnetic body M adheres to the insulated layer 16a, and it can be prevented that the insulated body short-circuits the insulated seam 8.
