To provide a short-sleeved garment finisher capable of securely tensioning a sleeve laterally, making a tensioning tool hard to slip out of the sleeve, drying the sleeve efficiently and quickly by using a hot air without any waste, and achieving a good finish of a round sleeve.

The short-sleeved garment finisher comprises a torso 2 for putting a short-sleeved garment 1 thereon and a device 3 disposed in both sides of the torso 2 for tensioning a sleeve 1a of the short-sleeved garment 1 put on the torso 2. The device 3 includes a pair of upper and lower tensioning tools 4 which are inserted into a cuff 1b for tensioning the sleeve 1a in a radial direction. The tensioning tools 4 are formed by rod-like parts 4a protruding toward the torso 2 and wide-shaped body parts 4b which are disposed on the ends of the rod-like parts 4a and have outer surfaces abutting on the sleeve 1a in a surface contact manner. The outer surfaces of the body parts 4b are formed in a curved surface shape so as to be brought into close contact with an inner surface of the sleeve 1a. The sides of the rod-like parts 4a in the outer surfaces of the body parts 4b are made equally narrower and the rod-like parts 4a are connected to narrowed parts 9.
