Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shorts type absorbent article excellent in absorbency and a leak-proof property by providing an elimination part of the wearer with a good fit to the absorbent body in nearly a line-free state, allowing for the effective absorption of menstrual discharge, urine and the like and capable of preventing lateral leak caused by a possible moving of fluids in the width direction of the absorbent body.
SOLUTION: In a shorts type absorbent article composed of an absorbent body 11 and a shorts type exterion body 21, an elastic member 15' is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 11 which is connected to the sheathing 21 in a pair of the first connecting parts 4a, 4a positioned on both ends in the longitudinal direction and the second connecting part 4b positioned adjacent to the elimination point. Non-connecting part 6, 6 which is not connected to the exterior body 21, is formed between a pair of the first connecting part 4a, 4a and the second connecting part 4b.
