Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential document control form by which a space required for confidential document storage is reduced while keeping a high security control level. SOLUTION: The following steps are practiced by the shredder 10: a step where information recorded in a document is got via a means 15 for obtaining the information recorded in the document to transfer the information to a confidential document control system 40 before shredding the document, a step where the confidential document control system 40 stores the transferred information in a memory area 41a, a step where a confidential document reading terminal 50 transfers a request to send the information recorded in the document to the confidential document control system 40, and a step where the confidential document control system 40 transfers the information recorded in the document read out from the memory area 41a to the confidential document reading terminal 50 based on the request transferred.
