PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure that can reliably prevent intrusion of a matter.SOLUTION: The seal structure 10 of a revolving shaft in a crushing device 1 that processes a liquid-containing material to be crushed while rotating the revolving shaft includes: a first seal 11 provided on a side of an area for processing the material to be crushed; a second seal 12 provided on a side of a bearing part 4 relative to the first seal 11 while being separated apart from the first seal 11; and discharging means 13 provided between the first seal 11 and the second seal 12 to discharge an intrusion matter intruding across the first seal 11.
