Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal heating at a rotor core end surface when heating a rotor core.SOLUTION: A rotor core heating device 2 performs high frequency heating by coils 21, 22 disposed on the inner periphery side surface and the outer periphery side surface of a rotor core 11 of a hollow columnar shape. The rotor core heating device has a diameter as substantially the same as that of the rotor core 11 and includes a pair of magnetic flux shield fixtures 23 disposed by being in contact with both side end faces of the rotor core 11 in the axial direction. Thereby, it becomes possible to heat the rotor core 11 without a magnetic flux intruding between the rotor core 11 and the magnetic flux shield fixture 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
