Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reductions in the personnel and power required and enhancement of productivity by automatically winding a shutter curtain.
SOLUTION: This device includes a conveying passage 4 formed to incline downward from halfway; a turning guide part 8 formed at the end 4b of the conveying passage 4 in such a way as to curve upward; a roller 9A located at the end 4b of the conveying passage 4 to help a shutter curtain 2 move; a winding guide part 17 placed near the turning guide part 8 while being curved so that the curved surface of the turning guide part 8 almost continues to it; and a carrying-out part 26 placed near the turning guide part 8. The shutter curtain 2 conveyed on the conveying passage 4 is continuously advanced into the turning guide part 8 by the roller 9A, and thereby the shutter curtain 2 in a flat state is spirally wound by the turning guide part 8 and the winding guide part 17, after which the wound shutter curtain 2 is transferred by the carrying-out part 26.
