To provide a shutter device capable of easily constructing a three-sided shutter frame.SOLUTION: A shutter device 1 includes: a shutter frame 2 that is attached to a building 100 and has an upper horizontal member 21 and a pair of vertical members 22 framed in a three-sided structure; and a shutter device main body 4 that is attached to the shutter frame 2.
