To provide a side handle assembling structure which improves the assembling efficiency of a side handle on a chassis panel, and the external appearance of the side handle.
The side handle assembling structure has the chassis panel having an opening, the side handle 5 having a bezel 21 and a door handle 22, and a gasket 6 having a projection 38. The bezel 21 has two first insertion portions 31 insertable into one side of an opening peripheral portion, and two second insertion portions 32 insertable into the other side of the opening peripheral portion after insertion of the first insertion portions 31 into the one side of the opening peripheral portion, and the bezel is temporarily held on the chassis panel with the first insertion portions 31 and the second insertion portions 32 inserted into the opening peripheral portion. When the first insertion portions 31 are inserted into the one side of the opening peripheral portion, the projection 38 is elastically deformed due to contact with the one side of the opening peripheral portion, and when the second insertion portions 32 are inserted into the other side of the opening peripheral portion, the projection 38 inhibits the bezel 21 from laterally moving on the chassis panel, to thereby restrict the position of the bezel 21.
