Abstract:

To prevent warpage deformation during molding, regarding a resin side visor mounted to an upper part of a side door of an automobile.

A groove part extending along a strip-like abutting plate to be mounted along an upper part of a side window is formed on a visor part. Since the groove part is thin relative to a general part, warpage deformation is prevented because the groove part is first solidified to support the whole structure during molding.
