Abstract:
To provide a sign detection device which is installed on a platform screen door device and detects a sign of failure of an electric motor that drives a scanning device that mechanically scans a sensor.SOLUTION: Sign detection units 20 and 30 is installed on a platform screen door device and detects a sign of failure of an electric motor that drives a scanning device that mechanically scans a sensor detecting the presence or absence of an obstruction. The sign detection units 20 and 30 have data collection units 21 and 31 for collecting data on control variables of a stepping motor 10 and a DC motor 11, data analysis units 22 and 32 for obtaining the number of pieces of data of control variables collected by the data collection units 21 and 31 that are out of a pre-set allowable range and alarm output units 23 and 33 for reporting that the number of pieces of data out of the allowable range obtained by the data analysis units 22 and 32 satisfies a pre-set condition, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
