Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the signal delay device which surely functions at all time, and has no fear of electric faults.
CONSTITUTION: The device is equipped with moving members 27 and 29 which are supported by a diaphragm 31 held within an air chamber, and are moved by external force within the air chamber, an air flow rate adjusting means 34 which is interposed between the air chamber and an air inlet port 33, and adjusts an air flow rate sucked in the air chamber, an air releasing means 35 which releases air when air pressure within the air chamber exceeds a definite value, and with an actuation means 36 which takes out the movements of the moving members 27 and 29.
