PURPOSE: To observe the input signals of a printer or the like directly to monitor them simultaneously by outputting sequential signals having a long repeating time which are the input signals of the printer or the like as simultaneous signals and displaying these outputs on a monitor.
CONSTITUTION: When output pulses A, B are supplied to change-over switch circuits S1, S2 respectively and sequentially switched so as to correspond to modes shown in Table 1, R, G, B signals are outputted to three output terminals of the circuit S2. The approximately simultaneous type (field sequential type repeated for a short period) signals can be directly observed on the monitor as a color image by supplying said signals to the monitor. Thus, the input signals of the printer which are sequential signals having a long repeating time can be directly observed and approximately simultaneously displayed and monitored on the monitor.
