Abstract:
To provide a signal processing apparatus that performs processing of decoding Manchester-encoded signals with power consumption being reduced, and to provide a signal processing method.
Modulation data, which are Manchester-encoded by a modulation circuit 7 of a transmission part 2, are transmitted to a reception part 3 through an electrostatic coupling part 4, and a reproduced clock having a period of two pieces of modulation clock as a half period is generated from binary data output through a binarizing circuit 11. A demodulation circuit 13 uses the reproduced clock to generate demodulation data from binary data with the half period of the reproduced clock as a signal processing unit, that is, perform decoding.
