Abstract:
To provide a signal processing method for periodically outputting signals from a RTOS based on signal input from an external device to a non-real-time OS.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for ensuring time determinism (real-time performance) of signal output in a RTOS even if signal transmission from a first OS (non-real-time OS) to a second OS (RTOS) is delayed, wherein the first OS periodically calculates a command signal based on an input signal and outputs it to the second OS. The second OS periodically determines whether the command signal in the relevant cycle is input from the first OS (S202), and if it is input, outputs an output signal corresponding to the command signal in the relevant cycle (S204), if not input, outputs an estimated output signal for the relevant cycle (S206). The estimated output signal is an estimate of the output signal in the relevant cycle based on a history of input signals, command signals, or output signals in cycles before the relevant cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
