Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a signal processor for a vibration gyro in which a sensitivity regulation, a zero-point voltage temperature correction and a sensitivity temperature correction of the gyro can be efficiently and completely conducted.

CONSTITUTION: Output voltages from piezoelectric elements 22, 23 of left and right sides of a vibrator 21 of a vibration gyro are converted to an output voltage proportional to a rotary angular velocity via a differential amplifier 31 and a synchronous detector 33. The output voltage is input to an analog/ digital converter 36, and converted to a digital signal. A microcomputer 35 corrects the digital signal by a zero-point voltage temperature correction and sensitivity temperature correction, etc., by a preset programming, converted to an analog signal via a digital/analog converter 40 and output.
