To provide a signal waveform analysis system and a program therefor that even if a signal waveform is not simple, for example, frequency components of a component waveform are temporally different, can quantitatively extract the respective frequency components included in the component waveform with respect to the time at which the component waveform exists.SOLUTION: A signal waveform analysis system for analyzing a component waveform included in a detected signal waveform comprises processing means for performing wavelet analysis on the signal waveform to calculate, on the basis of a wavelet factor characteristic associated with the component waveform of an analysis target, wavelet factors in each frequency band of respective frequency components included in the component waveform. The processing means outputs the wavelet factors in each frequency band of the respective frequency components with respect to the time at which the component waveform exists in the signal waveform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
