To provide a signature bundle accumulation method and a device thereof wherein an accumulation speed from stacking signature bundles to binding them is high-speeded in order to reduce a producing cost for printing and bookbinding, and spoilage of the stacked signature bundles at delivery is reduced.
The signature bundles formed by accumulating the signature are received by a turn table 21. When a lifting table 22 provided on a center of the turn table is lifted and a predetermined number of the fold bundles are triangularly stacked in order to be returned, the turn table 21 is rotated in a range of a moving down operation range of the lifting table 22. The signature bundles (a') are triangularly stacked on a signature bundles stacking part 53 and the stacked signature bundles in a predetermined bundle unit are accumulated. Then the signature bundles are fed to a binding machine 70.
