Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the title resin manifesting water-resistant adherability- improving effect on glass surface even after longterm storage following addition to a polymer water-base dispersion. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin can be obtained by adding (A) 30-50 pts.wt. of a silane coupling agent containing amino group in the molecule to (B) 100 pts.wt. of a carboxyl group-contg. water-soluble resin, taking advantage of neutralizing reaction between the carboxyl group and amino group.
