Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane coupling agent having higher heat resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a silane coupling agent represented by the following formula (1) having a polymerizable group at the terminal. (R-O-)RSi-R-Z-(A-Z)-R(1) The silane coupling agent contains a specific polymerizable compound in the structure to have heat resistance and has a structure in which the molecular linearity becomes higher to become advantageous by the conduction of phonons, thus enabling to improve a heat-resistant temperature and thermal conductivity of a crosslinked molded product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
