PURPOSE: To prevent noise generation resulting from vibration when a car is running by furnishing a grating with a metal material for control of the vibrations.

CONSTITUTION: The ends of each end plate 1, 1 are coupled together by bearing bars 2, 2... vertically and at a constant spacing so that a main member for sustaining the load is formed, with which cross-bars 3, 3... are coupled in the direction perpendicular to the bearing bars 2, 2, and thereto framing is made with a receptacle frame 20 fixed to an anchor 21 so that a grating G is accomplished. A metal material 10 for control of the vibrations is welded to this grating G with the undersurface of the bearings 2, 2... in proximity to the end plates 1, 1 in the direction vertical to the bearing bars 2, 2. This allows suppressing generation of echo sounds resulting from vibration of the grating G.
