In such a case, in at least one face of an outer side face or an inner side face of the link plate 2, at least one groove 25 extending from a tip end 22A to the pin hole 21 and opening to the tip end and a pin hole inner face is formed only in an area of the cog 22, and a width of the groove 25 gradually becomes wider from the pin hole 21 toward the tip end 22A.
