PURPOSE: To obtain a rubbery vulcanizate excellent in abrasion resistance and low tumbling properties and useful for a tire or the like by heating a mixture consisting of a specific rubbery polymer, a specific vulcanization agent and a specific filler such as silica or the like to shape the same and vulcanizing the shaped mixture.

CONSTITUTION: A mixture consisting of (A) 100 pts.wt. rubbery polymer having two or three domains such as a polymer comprising 5-30 wt.% acrylonitrile, 5-40 wt.% styrene and 55-85 wt.% butadiene, (B) a filler selected from 30-75 pts.wt. silica and 10-60 pts.wt. silica +5-60 pts.wt. carbon black and (C) pref., 1-5 pts.wt. a polyfunctional polysulfide silane compd. and sulfur-based vulcanization agent is heated to be shaped and this shaped mixture is vulcanized to obtain the objective rubbery vulcanizate.
