Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silica nanoparticles having excellent dispersion stability when dispersed in a dispersion medium and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of silica nanoparticles, wherein nano silica particles in which a bond network of atoms is formed of at least silicon atoms, oxygen atoms and carbon atoms, and these atoms are covalently bonded as constituent elements of the bond network, and an organosiloxane compound having a carbon structure part at a terminal of a molecular chain and a silane compound are polycondensated to manufacture silica nanoparticles in which an organosiloxane component having a carbon structure part at a terminal of a molecular chain and a siloxane component are bonded by a siloxane bond.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
