Abstract:
To provide a silicone-modified phosphazene compound which satisfies flame retardance, crack resistance and reliability against moisture simultaneously and its manufacturing process.
The new silicone-modified phosphazene compound is expressed by average composition formula (1) (wherein, R1 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group; R is a substituted or non-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group not containing an aliphatic unsaturated group; X is a divalent organic group; x, y, z and n are each a number which satisfies 0≤x<2n, 0<y≤2n, x+y=2n, 0≤z≤400 and 3≤n≤1,000).
