Abstract:
To provide a siloxane-based resin composition for forming a cured film having a high refractive index of ≥1.70 and a high transmittance for visible light.
The siloxane-based resin composition comprises: particles of at least one metal compound selected from the group consisting of compounds of aluminum, tin, titanium, niobium and zirconium; a siloxane compound prepared by hydrolyzing a silane compound comprising a compound represented by one of the following formulae (1)-(3) and bringing the resultant hydrolyzate into a condensation reaction; and a solvent. R02-nR1nSi(OR9)2(1) (wherein R0is H, alkyl, alkenyl or phenyl, and R1is a monovalent condensed polycyclic aromatic group or its substitution product), R2Si(OR10)3(2) (wherein R2is a monovalent condensed polycyclic aromatic group or its substitution product), (R11O)mR43-mSi-R3-Si(OR12)lR53-l(3) (wherein R3is a divalent condensed polycyclic aromatic group, and R4and R5are H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or their substitution products).
