To provide a color image forming method and a silver halide color photographic sensitive material, in which the changes in the developed color density and in the gradation are small, even in a rapid transport system in a sheet shape and rapid transport processing system, and by which color prints in which the image quality will not change with time in raw storage can stably be produced.
In the color image forming method, the silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains at least one each of dye forming couplers represented by Formula (M-I) and Formula (IA), the sensitive material is conveyed at a speed of 40.0-100 mm/s in a processing procedure, and a color developing step, a bleach-fixing step and a drying step are terminated within 18 s, 18 s and 26 s, respectively. The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is used for high-speed sheet transport.
