Title:
SILVER HALIDE EMULSION, CHEMICAL SENSITIZATION METHOD, AND SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006113097
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a silver halide emulsion having high sensitivity, excellent in reciprocity law property and latent image stability, and excellent also in pressure resistance, a chemical sensitization method for the silver halide emulsion, and a silver halide color photographic sensitive material using the silver halide emulsion.

The silver halide emulsion has been chemically sensitized with a compound represented by the formula (1): [(L1)m-Au(I)-Q1-Z1]Mn1 wherein Au(I) represents monovalent gold; M represents H or a counter cation; n1 represents 0 or 1; Q1 represents S, Se or Te; Z1 represents a group represented by one of formulae (2)-(6); L1 represents a compound capable of coordinating with Au(I) through N, S, O, P, Se or Te; and m represents 0 or 1.
