Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable low replenishing and low discharge and to obtain superior color development performance and further to improve dependence on processing temperature by incorporating at least one kind of specified color developing agent and at least one kind of dye-forming coupler in at least one of the photographic constituent layers.
SOLUTION: At least one of the photographic constituent layers contains at least one kind of color developing agent represented by formula I and at least one kind of dye-forming coupler represented by formula II, and in formulae I and II, Z is a carbamoyl or acyl group or the like; Q is an atomic group necessary to form an unsaturated ring together with C: M is a coupler component capable of coupling at the position same as that where G combines with the oxidation product of the color developing agent of formula I; G is an H atom or a group to be released by the coupling reaction with the oxidation product of the color developing agent of formula I; each of Y1 and Y2 is a releasable group having a pKa of 1-12; and each of (n) and (m) is an integer of 0-3 and n+m≥1.
