Abstract:
To obtain a sensitive material using a lightweight syndiotactic polystyrene film as the photographic substrate, not causing trouble due to oil sludge in development and having a permanent antistatic effect even after development.
This sensitive material has at least one layer of an antistatic agent contg. electrically conductive particles with a water-soluble polymer positioned around polymer particles and has a photographic substrate of biaxially stretched syndiotactic polystyrene. The weight of the water-soluble polymer is 35-500% of that of the polymer particles and the water-soluble polymer has sulfo groups and carboxyl groups.
