Title:
SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11295834
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material superior in film scratch resistance and free from degradation of sensitivity and gamma even in the case of rapid processing and easy in handleability and also to provide a method for processing it in high speed processing and high in a drying speed.

The silver halide emulsion layer of this photosensitive material contains photosensitive silver halide grains having a ≥50 mol.% silver chloride content, this emulsion layer and/or a hydrophilic colloidal layer contains a composite latex comprising inorganic grains and a hydrophobic polymer and this hydrophilic colloidal layer contains at least one kind of a compound represented by formula R11-(S)m-R12 in which each of R11 and R12 may be the same or different, is an aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic group or each may combine with each other to form a ring and (m) is an integer of 2-6.
