One kind selected among a red or magenta pigment emission coupler expressed by Q1-(TIME)n-(L)m-DY and a red or magenta colored coupler expressed by Q2-N=N-R1, is contained, where Q1 and Q2 are coupler residue expressed by formulae I, II and III, TIME is a timing group to break (TIME)n1-(L)m-DY after detachment from Q1 through the coupling reaction of the main developing agent with an oxidant, or a timing group to break (TIME)n2-(L)m-DY after detachment from TIME, L is a bivalent coupling group, DY is a red or magenta pigment residue capable of flowing into the treatment solution, n, m are 0, 1, 2 or 3, R1 is an allyl group, or heterocycle group. R2-R6 in the formulae I-III denote a hydrogen atom or a substituent group.
