Abstract:
To efficiently search similar time series data.
The similar time series data search system includes: a time series division part 301 for dividing time series data into partial sections; an approximate polynomial generation part 302 for generating the approximate polynomial of the time series data divided by the time series division part 301; a coefficient conversion part 303 for converting the coefficient vector of the approximate polynomial generated by the approximate polynomial generation part 302 into a vector on a space where it is easy to create an index; and an approximate polynomial storage part 50 for storing the approximate polynomial by using the vector converted by the coefficient conversion part 303.
