Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to discriminate kinds of polyamine simply by dissolving polyamine successively by solution of various kinds of salt after flowing an examination object to a column where cation exchange resin is charged.
CONSTITUTION: An examination object including kinds of polyamine is flowed to a column where cation exchange resin is charged. After that, polyamine is dissolved by solution of various kinds of salt whose salt concentrations are so set previously that solution of one kind of salt may dissolve one kind of polyamine as a batch. As cation exchange resin to be charged into the column, any resin having cation- system exchange holding polyamine can be used.
