PURPOSE: To make simple and prompt immunodot ID blot serum diagnosis by a method wherein a water-proof paper card PC is adhered to a glue layer of a reverse face nitrocellulose NC or nylon paper and a plurality of recesses are formed.

CONSTITUTION: A water-proof PC is adhered to a thick glue layer applied on a reverse face of a paper 1 generated from NC or nylon, and further the paper 1 is printed in a rugged manner with an ink 3 mixed with a permanent concave-convex printed compound to be patterned. Next, when a compound is absorbed in the paper 1 by melting the compound, an ID paper 2 in which a plurality of separated recess parts 4 are arranged in a column form in vertical and horizontal directions is formed. This recess part 4 can prevent diffusion or mixing of each serum or an organization sample ore solution, and it is possible to accurately detect various disease antibodies in serum by one time simple operations without interfering each other. Further, in the plurality of papers 2 in which an antigen can be continuously and promptly applied and cleaned and the antigen is applied to perform block processing the recess part 4 can always make a refrigerated storage under a usable state.
