To provide a simple manual flight operation system of an unmanned flying body which requires no specialized skillfulness in its maneuvering but allows a layperson to easily and safely fly the unmanned flying body.
The control logic of an on-board controller 10 that carries out command is constituted, based on a dynamic inversion method that conversely traces the causal relation of a motion, of hierarchical structure with the converse system of a dynamic system relating to each motion factor being serially connected thereto as an internal command generator. In addition, external command inputting parts 11, 12, 13, 14 that load the external commands of a remote control on a priority basis are respectively provided at the entry step of the respective internal command generators, so that a corresponding internal command can be overridden by its external command. Furthermore, a user interface of a simple maneuvering device 20 is constituted by a game pad format in conformity with the human being's intuitive maneuvering sense, that is, a cross key 22, for example.
