Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary manufacturing facility which is installed on a job site or in neighborhood of the job site in order to mix various raw materials of improved sediment so as to produce the improved sediment.SOLUTION: In a measuring step, a production container 2 is lifted in an air position by a plurality of lifting units 5 and a load measuring device 8 measures a value obtained by adding up vertical loads acting on all the lifting units 5 at each point before and after raw materials are placed into the production container 2, and the difference value by subtracting the measured value before placing of raw materials from the measured value after placing of raw materials is calculated as the weight of placed raw materials. On the other hand, in a mixing step the underside 2b of the production container 2 is mounted on a container support surface 4 and is supported by the container support surface 4, and a connection state of the production container 2 with each lifting unit 5 is disconnected and various raw materials are mixed in the production container 2 by a mixing device 3.
